The PokerStars Asia Pacific Poker Tour (APPT) is back for Season 7, with more big-money events taking place across the region in 2013. You can qualify with PokerStars satellites now, and win a prize package that includes your Main Event buy-in plus everything else you need for the perfect poker trip.

This season the tour kicks off in Seoul in South Korea at the spectacular Walker Hill Paradise Casino, before stopping at the beach resort of Cebu in the Philippines, before Queenstown, New Zealand for a Snowfest event. The tour then visits the home of poker in Australia - the Crown in Melbourne. There will be big prize pools on offer along the way, as hundreds qualifiers from PokerStars and members of Team Pro gather to battle for tournament titles, and you can be there too.

The APPT just keeps getting better, and Season 7 is your chance to experience everything it has to offer. Online satellite tournaments are available now in a range of buy-ins to suit everyone. The locations are incredible and the rewards are huge, so take your shot at APPT glory now!

APPT Season 7 Highlights

Cebu

Cebu | 158 Players | PHP3,948,000 Prize Pool | 1st Jae Kyung Sim (PHP3,948,000)

A grand total of 158 players made the trip to the beach resort of Cebu in the Philippines and registered for the Main Event, creating a prize pool just short of 4,000,000 Pesos or USD $345,000. The big winner was Jae Kyung ‘Simba’ Sim who battled back from a short stack to take the title, trophy, and prize money when his 8-6 suited flopped the nut straight against Magnus Karlsson’s T-6.

Seoul

The opening event of Asia Pacific Poker Tour Season 7 took place in Seoul, South Korea, at the magnificent Walker Hill Paradise Casino. In all 222 players registered for the Main Event creating a prize pool of close to KRW 600,000,000. Australia’s Aaron Lim won the title, KRW 121,700,000 and a seat to the ACOP Main Event when he beat Chane Kampanatsanyakorn from Thailand in the heads-up.
