The PokerStars Baltic Festival takes place at the luxurious Swissôtel in Tallinn, Estonia from October 28-31.

Your room, internet and breakfast have been paid for but you will be responsible for any extra charges such as telephone calls, room service and minibar. All rooms are booked as a double occupancy room, so you may bring a guest at no extra charge.

Hotel Welcome and Information Desk

PokerStars qualifiers and DBIs may collect their player bag from the PokerStars Welcome and Information Desk in the foyer of the sixth floor of Swissotel (just outside the tournament area) at the following times:

October 28          10.00am - 6.00pm
October 29          10.00am - 6.00pm

FPP qualifiers, or players who bought in with W$ or FPPs, should remember that they are obliged to wear PokerStars logo gear throughout the duration of the tournament.

Last Longest

But it’s a good idea to wear our logo even if you aren’t an FPP qualifier, or didn’t buy-in with W$ or FPPs, because as a special bonus to celebrate the inaugural PokersStars.eu Baltic Poker Festival, we’re giving away a package to our PokerStars Caribbean Adventure (PCA) in our Last Longest Competition.  Simply wear PokerStars gear every day of the tournament (we’ll give you the stuff to keep forever!), sign our waiver form when you register for the Main Event.  As simple as that!

If you last the longest we’ll give you a PCA prize package worth over US $15,000 that includes:

Casino and Tournament Registration

All events for the PokerStars Baltic Poker Festival will be held on the 6th floor of the Swissotel.  In order to participate, all players must first register with the Olympic Casino and obtain a casino card. This card has to be shown every time you wish to enter the 6th floor casino and tournament area. To obtain this card, please present your government issued photo ID (we strongly recommend a passport) to the casino welcome desk located in the lobby of the Swissotel.  Once you have your casino card, you can proceed to the 6th floor where at the casino cashier you present your card and your ID.  You will then be given your seat assignment. 

Registrations for the Main Event will be open October 27 at 12:00pm and will remain open until 11:30am October 28 for day 1a, and until 11:30am October 29 for day 1b.

If you are planning to complete your registration process on your start day we strongly recommend that you budget at least one hour for this process.

Cash

Please note that PokerStars will not be offering a cashier service for players wishing to withdraw cash from their PokerStars accounts, so we strongly recommend that all players make their own financial arrangements in Tallinn. Tournament fees for side events will be accepted in Estonian Kroon only (two Euros is approximately 31 Kroon)

Player’s Lounge

PokerStars will be hosting a Player's Lounge in Tallinn for all those involved in the tournament. There will be comfy sofas, plasma TV's, Playstation 3, Nintendo Wii, table football as well as a cash bar serving alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.

The player’s lounge will be open from 12:00pm – 10:00pm daily.

Party

A welcome reception will be held Tuesday October 27 at 9pm in the 6th floor foyer and is open to all registered players. Please join us for complementary drinks.

Our closing party will be held October 31 at Club Hollywood and is open to all players. Please join us for drinks, music and hopefully to celebrate your victory!
