Grzegorz Mikielewicz

Hailing from Warsaw, Grzegorz ‘DaWarsaw’ Mikielewicz is a proud resident of the Polish capital city, as reflected in his PokerStars User ID. He played card games and draw poker as a kid, but discovered Texas Hold’em in 2003. He joined PokerStars in 2004 and has been a winning player ever since. He has over $30,000 in online tournament winnings, and he specializes in Multi Table Tournaments, Turbo Sit & Go’s and shorthanded cash games. Grzegorz is an important part of the Polish poker community and runs poker schools and seminars for new players. He’s also found plenty of tournament success on the Polish poker circuit. When he’s not playing or coaching poker, he’s enjoys sports like bowling and basketball, and he played for amateur soccer clubs for over 10 years.
