The Rasmus Nielsen show continues on the feature table, with the fearless Italian Andrea Benelli having his aces cracked. All the money went in on the flop — it was [8S]-[9C]-[QD], and Benelli shoved, which Nielsen called.

Benelli had those aces, Nielsen was behind but had plenty of outs with his [JD]-[QS]. They didn’t have to wait very long until one of them hit: the [10C] on the turn filled the straight and suddenly Benelli was drawing only to a chop.

It didn’t arrive and the Italian won’t be adding another final table to his excellent record so far this season. It was his fourth cash nevertheless.
