The end of summer is always consoled by the arrival of WCOOP. It’s an antidote to the cooler evenings and the prospect of a long dark winter. But then funnily enough PokerStars has a cure for winter too. It’s called the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure. So far it has worked every year, and we expect the same when it comes round again in January 2016.

If you want to join us in the Bahamas (let me remind you: cool blue ocean, warm days, hot tables), well you we’re giving you every opportunity, with a chance to book your ticket to Paradise for as little as a few cents.

And there are plenty of reasons to start trying. For one thing it’s going to be the biggest PokerStars festival ever held, with more than 100 events on the schedule that runs 6-14 January 2016, fit for every bankroll. There’s also the Main Event, which this year has a buy-in of $5,000 and is going to be huge.

And of course satellites are running on PokerStars now, with packages including your seat, your hotel room at Atlantis, and travel expenses. Your goggles and trunks are down to you.

But if you needed a nudge in the direction of the Caribbean you could do worse than the latest episode of the PCA coverage from earlier this year, and the campaigns mounted by both Team Pro Daniel Negreanu (this was the start of a particularly good year), and Brazilian football legend Ronaldo, who turned heads at the table as well as off it. In this episode the bubble approaches. Find out what happens to each in episode 2 below, or via PokerStars.tv.

And for everything else PCA, including the schedule and how to win your way to the Bahamas for a fraction of the buy-in, check out the PCA homepage.

Will we see you on the beach? Time to start answering that question.
