Depositing with Giropay

To confirm if this payment method is available in your country, log in to your account and go to the Cashier.

Giropay is an online bank transfer payment method available to players resident in Germany. It allows our players to deposit directly from your bank account to your user account.

To use this payment method, you need to set up online banking with your bank. You also may need a device to generate the security code to authorize transactions. Some banks generate this code via their app. With giropay you don't have to register your banking details with us.

How do I deposit with giropay?

To deposit with giropay, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Cashier. If you're on our website or using our mobile app:

  2. Under the 'Deposit' tab, select 'More Payment Methods' to see all available options.
  3. Select 'giropay'.
  4. Select your preferred currency (if applicable).
  5. Select one of the suggested deposit amounts or enter a different one in the 'Other' field.
  6. Enter your deposit bonus code (if available).
  7. Select the green arrow.
  8. Once redirected to the giropay website, log in and follow the onscreen instructions to complete your deposit.

Once the transaction is verified, we'll credit the funds to your user account.

We do not charge any fees for depositing with this method. However, your bank may.

I'm trying to use giropay, but I can't. Why?

Here are some of the most common reasons for a failed giropay deposit:

    • The transaction wasn't completed on time. Wait 15 minutes and try to deposit again.
    • Your web browser version is not up to date. Please ensure you're using the most up-to-date version of your web browser.
    • Internet Explorer is not your default web browser. Make sure Internet Explorer is your default browser.
    • Your anti-virus or pop-up blocker may be stopping new windows from coming up as pop-ups. You can temporarily disable the pop-up blocker feature.
    • The information entered was incorrect. Please double-check that the information you are entering is correct and try again.
