Self-exclusion information and instructions

Take a break from gambling or stop playing altogether in a few simple steps. Here are the topics you'll find in this article:

How does the exclusion tool work?

The exclusion tool can help you take a break when you need it. There are shot exclusions and extended exclusions:

  • Short exclusions: Take a break between 12 hours and 120 days. Once that period expires, you'll be able to play with us again by logging into your account.
  • Extended exclusions: Exclude your account from 6 months up to 5 years. Once that period expires, contact us and we'll help you reinstate your account.

Some countries have specific restrictions and exclusion regulations. If you'd like to know the particular rules that apply to your jurisdiction, visit the Responsible Gaming section on our website.

How do I set it up?

Follow the instructions below depending on the device you're using:

  • MobileAccount → Responsible Gaming Settings → Exclude me from Playing
  • Desktop: Tools → Responsible Gaming → Exclude Me From Playing

When will I be able to play again?

Once you request and confirm your exclusion, we can't reverse it. Once the exclusion expires, you'll be able to enjoy our games again. If you want to know the specific time, check the email you received when you excluded your account:

  • Cool-offs (12 hours up to 24 hours): "Stars Account - Cooling-off period approved."
  • Time-out ( 7 days up to 120 days): "Stars Account - Time-out period approved."
  • Exclusion (6 months up to 5 years): "Self-Exclusion Request Approved"

What can and can't I do during a self-exclusion?

During your exclusion period, you'll still be able to log in to your account but you won't be able to play any games or make transactions other than withdrawals. You won't receive any marketing emails or newsletters from us.
