Stud and Draw Week - Promotional Terms
The following terms and conditions apply to the promotions running as part of Stud and Draw Week, in addition to PokerStars general promotional terms.
Beat The Clock and Week-long Challenges
Draw games included in the week-long challenge are: No Limit 5 Card Draw, Pot Limit 5 Card Draw, Limit 5 Card Draw, No Limit 2-7 Triple Draw, Pot Limit 2-7 Triple Draw, Limit 2-7 Triple Draw, No Limit 2-7 Single Draw, Limit Badugi.
The Beat The Clock Challenges are timed, and players have one hour from the time they click ‘Start’ to complete the Challenge. Beat The Clock Challenges can only be started once per day between 00:00 and 23:00 ET (it is not possible to start a Beat The Clock Challenge between 23:00 and 23:59 ET).
Hands played in Home Games, or at Heads-Up tables, do not count towards Challenge progress.
Weekly Tournaments added prizes
The estimated value of the added prizes (over $7,500) is based on all winning tables being full and may be less, depending on the number of players seated at winning tables.
Cash Game Leader Boards
Leader Boards will run from 00:00 ET on May 25 to 23:59 ET on May 31.
Prizes will be credited to players’ accounts within 48 hours of the completion of the Leader Board.
The Draw Leader Board includes all real money Draw games available on PokerStars: No Limit 5 Card Draw, Pot Limit 5 Card Draw, Limit 5 Card Draw, No Limit 2-7 Triple Draw, Pot Limit 2-7 Triple Draw, Limit 2-7 Triple Draw, No Limit 2-7 Single Draw, Limit Badugi.
Hands played in mixed games do count towards the Leader Boards. For example, a player playing HORSE (a mixed game consisting of Hold’em, Omaha, Razz, 7 Card Stud and Omaha Hi/Lo) will see any Razz hands played count towards the Razz Leader Board, and any 7 Card Stud hands played count towards the 7 Card Stud Leader Board. None of the Hold’em, Omaha or Omaha Hi/Lo hands will count towards any Leader Boards.
Hands played in Home Games, or at Heads-Up tables, do not count towards the Leader Boards.
Only hands where rake is taken from the pot count towards the Leader Boards. Hands that end on the first betting round (before fourth street in Stud variants, or before the Draw in Draw variants) are not charged rake and do not count.
In the event of a tie, prizes will be divided equally between the players who tie. For example, Player A and Player B both win 10,200 Stud hands and tie for 1st place in the Stud Leader Board. The first place prize and second place prize are totalled together ($500 + $375 = $875) and divided equally between the two players, each player receiving $437.50 ($875 / 2 = $437.50).
Any abuse of the promotion, including soft play, collusion, pre-determined play, or failure to follow any of our other rules in an attempt to win Leader Board prizes, may result in disqualification from the promotion and forfeiture of all accrued benefits, including VPPs and FPPs. Any other actions contrary to the spirit of the promotion, including repetitive folding, are also considered abuse.
